At a separate health system, she directed their rural telehealth initiative and developed their eVisit program. Ms. Kamenca's background includes growing key business initiatives for a large pharmaceutical company, IBM, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and a Microsoft Solutions partner. She started and grew a small business that delivered consulting services to organizations including Allied Waste, Maricopa County, the Arizona Department of Transportation, and the City of Phoenix. Ms. Kamenca earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California where she was a Simonsen Fellow. She also recently completed a post-graduate Certificate in Healthcare Informatics from the University of Colorado, Denver.
