What to do after the sale.I knew a lot of the techniques recommended. What makes this book different is the detail and the step by step order you should use to make those techniques as effective as possible.This is a very quick read packed with information that is simply written and very well organized. Which makes rereading it constantly a pleasure.I'd give this book ten stars if I could. I give it an enthusiastic thumbs up.

Even though the title and cover may seem kitchy, this book does all it promises and more! It does make "retail selling easy" - it breaks down all the barriers to making effective connections with your customers, and gives reasonable, simple advice on how to do so. The day after receiving this book I tried some of the recommended techniques, with immediate results. It proved to me that you don't have to be a "shark" or a "used-car salesman" to achieve high sales; and actually, that this type of aggression drives customers away. I highly, highly recommend this book to anyone working in sales or customer service in any capacity!
