Cube Kid is the pen name of Erik Gunnar Taylor, a 33-year-old author who lives in Alaska. A fan of video games—and particularly Minecraft—he started writing fanfiction at a very young age. His first novel, The Diary of a Minecraft Villager, was self-published as an ebook in February 2015 and quickly became tremendously successful in the Minecraft community. I think this book might be one of the better books that you have written as it adds new elements and new "depth" to the whole story line. What i like to see (and i assume other readers too) is some more back story about the character Urf as he is quite mysterious and unknown. And i would personally like to see more depth in the "puppy love" that is developing between Runt and Breeze and the "its complicated relationship" between them and Lola. As interestign as this book is i feel that you could have written a few scenes better, with more depth. All in all its a GREAT book and i could not wait for Kol's diary for a different view on the war against mobs. I absolutely loved these books. I've been reading this series for over a year and I find it extremely engaging. Minecraft totally rocks and so does this ingenious idea for a minecraftian book. I read it three times and I love all the characters particularly Runt and Emerald. Oh heck I love 'em all. I've been fantasising about my own character since book 3. If I could, I'd be a major character, named Storm Darkshade. Though the name might seem a little dark, I would like to be a good guy. I would be a captain but Runt bagged it so...... I'd live in a huge quartz house but unlike Emerald, I'd be well..... like a little richer than the richest person, maybe 10 emeralds richer. My village would have been destroyed and I'd find new housing in Villagetown. Excellent at everything (please?). Runt's group and kinda best friend. Goodness I've written a lot about my character! I love your books and I take my reading very seriously. I'd love it if you made my character but I'll leave that up to you. This is the first time I'm writing a review. Excuse my bad writing style. I hope your fans don't hound you so much that you can't write in peace. I'm eagerly waiting for Book 13. Love your books.Storm Darkshade
I love this book series so much! It was the first Minecraft book I've ever read! This series has everything I want in it. Minecraft, villagers, humor, friendship, but most of all, Herobrine. I give this book a 9,476 million out of ten. I recommend this book to every Minecraft lover in the world.( I am a kid on my dad's account he NEVER comments on books.)

This is a great book. Sadly, it lacked the trauma and shock of SPOILER ALERT the fight with the zombie commander in book 11. What would be cool would be if something the villagers have always wanted was in the forest. (Herobrine's castle, rune crafter, ancient knowledge etc.) One other suggestion would be to have the 1.9 things added to the book or a plot by the mobs to make a make the humans go crazy over finally finding a pizza recipe. Ps, at least one of the humans must have paid attention to the war strategies In class.
